Since 1998, the Task Force has invited local students to apply for this scholarship to honor students who have distinguished themselves by their interests and activities in the field of human rights. The scholarship has since been renamed in memory of Darby and Amber Campbell.

This scholarship is open to any high school senior graduating this year in Bonner County, including public, private and home schools.
