FHRAA: Who Are We?

The Foundation for Human Rights Action and Advocacy, or FHRAA, is a nonprofit organization whose purposes are solely charitable and educational with a mission to actively promote human rights at all levels of our community. FHRAA functions in cooperation with the Bonner County Human Rights Task Force and sustains a 501c3 status with the Internal Revenue Service, allowing all donations to be designated as charitable and thereby be potential tax deductions for any individual or corporate donor.

FHRAA consists of Board Members whose duty is to manage the financial assets in a manner that adheres to FHRAA’s purpose and mission statement, supports BCHRTF actions and complies with IRS 501c3 guidelines. The Board meets on a quarterly basis each year. All Board Members must be members of Bonner County Human Rights organization.

Are you passionate about Human Rights and looking for a way to give back to your community? FHRAA is currently looking for people who are willing to give up 4-10 hours a year by becoming a FHRAA Board member. If you are interested or want more information about FHRAA, please call BCHRTF at 208-290-2732.
