An open letter regarding armed, civilian "patrols" in our community

The board of BCHRT invites community members to co-sign an open letter to Bonner County police chiefs and Sheriff Wheeler, in which we affirm our support for and faith in our local law enforcement officials, and simultaneously implore them to take a stand against would-be "patrols" of untrained, armed civilians.
